Orders will be shipped promptly and in any case upon confirmation of payment. AZIENDA VINICOLA - ANDREA LUNARDELLI cannot be held responsible for any delays due to force majeure.
If the shipment is subject to customs, all charges, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment: from 1-5 working
The customer will be informed of the shipment of the goods via email containing the shipment number and the useful link to monitor the progress of the same.
In case of delays due to customs offices, the customer will be contacted directly by the courier or by AZIENDA VINICOLA - ANDREA LUNARDELLI.
In the event that the delivery is accepted with the signature of an unauthorized person or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately notify the courier and contact AZIENDA VINICOLA - ANDREA LUNARDELLI at the email address acquisti@vinilunardelli.com.
If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (incorrect indication of the address, etc.) or if it is refused in the exercise of the right of withdrawal, which is his/her right by law, any shipping costs and customs charges will be deducted from the amount due to the customer as a refund
