- Placing the order

- Right of Withdrawal
All sales made outside business premises are subject to Legislative Decree No. 50 of 15/01/1992, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of WITHDRAWAL. All natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity (excluding retailers and companies) have the right to return the purchased goods to the seller within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods, with the resulting refund of the purchase price
The product must be undamaged and in perfect condition. It must also be accompanied by the tax documentation enclosed at the time of receipt.
- Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
