Trying to find a constant improvement of the quality of their products, in order to satisfy in a more complete way the requirements of the customers is the philosophy that has always been the basis of the method of production by the wine company Lunardelli.
The territory
Precisely for this reason, over the years the Lunardelli winery has established a privileged relationship with about thirty small producers scattered throughout the best wine-growing areas of Friuli, who produce exclusively on behalf of the Lunardelli winery. Alessandro and Andrea Lunardelli follow and assist the producers - suppliers in every phase of wine production, from planting new vines to bottling the wine, making sure that the final product meets all the highest quality standards.
Once produced, the wine is stored by the producers, on behalf of the Lunardelli winery, in wooden barrels or in fiberglass and cement tanks, until the Lunardelli winery's collaborators go to collect it to take it to the cellar in Pasian di Prato. Once it arrives in the cellar, the wine is subjected to the filtration phase and second processing under the supervision of the employees of the Centro di Riferimento Enologico Friulano in Pozzulo del Friuli. Subsequently, only after Andrea Lunardelli, an attentive sommelier, has tasted it and deemed it compliant with the company's quality standards, the wine is bottled and prepared for marketing.
This careful and laborious production method has allowed the Lunardelli winery over the years to offer the market a product of certain and universally recognized quality.
